Do I still have full access to my accounts?
Yes. You remain the main user and administrator of your accounts on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, HomeAway and other booking platforms. On Airbnb we act only as your co-host, while on Booking.com and similar portals you create an additional user access for us. You always keep full control and ownership of your accounts.
Can I still communicate directly with my guests?
Absolutely – and we even encourage it! Guests highly value a personal connection with the property owner. At the same time, ownercy takes care of fast guest communication on Airbnb, Booking.com & other portals. This ensures your response rate and response time stay excellent, which boosts your listing’s ranking. That leaves you with more time for personal guest care – a proven way to get better reviews and more visibility for your holiday rental.
What are the benefits of dynamic pricing for my vacation rental?
Dynamic pricing automatically adjusts your nightly rates to real market demand – sometimes lower to increase occupancy, sometimes higher to capture peak-season profits. Is there a setup fee?
Yes, there is a one-time fee for setting up your listings. If your properties are already online on Airbnb, Booking.com & others, we simply review and optimize your existing listings – and you receive a discount on the setup fee. If listings need to be created from scratch, the full setup cost applies. Owners with multiple properties benefit from additional discounts.
How does billing work with ownercy?
We invoice monthly in arrears. Between the 1st and 5th of the following month, you receive your statement. Each booking is carefully reviewed so that only what has actually been sold is invoiced. We believe in trust and transparency, which is why we prefer sending a correct invoice a bit later rather than a wrong one quickly.
